Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUNAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUNAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDM5D, RNU6-674P, and RNU1-112P. Each is linked with TUNAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUNAR-to-partner and partner-to-TUNAR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KDM5D grouped by TUNAR-low versus TUNAR-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUNAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUNAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
