Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,961 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TULP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP30, PLEKHO2_T311, and RCSD1. Each is linked with TULP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP3-to-partner and partner-to-TULP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TULP3 versus ARHGAP30 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
