TULP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TULP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, S6_pS240_S244, and SF2. Each is linked with TULP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP3-to-partner and partner-to-TULP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by TULP3-low versus TULP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
