Across TCGA cell cohorts, TULP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,439 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TULP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Mitotic chromosome condensation, and Protein-DNA complex organization. Each is linked with TULP3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP3-to-partner and partner-to-TULP3 results are reported.
