TULP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,377 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TULP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGF2BP2, PRRC2A_T825, and PTPN6_S10. Each is linked with TULP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP1-to-partner and partner-to-TULP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TULP1 versus IGF2BP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
