TUBB8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 783 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBB8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLE6, SAFB2, and LINC01288. Each is linked with TUBB8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB8-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TLE6 grouped by TUBB8-low versus TUBB8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
