TUB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,237 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUB-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAP1L3, JAM2, and GHR. Each is linked with TUB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUB-to-partner and partner-to-TUB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUB versus NAP1L3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
