TTK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 890 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDDM3A, ODF4, and MS4A12. Each is linked with TTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTK-to-partner and partner-to-TTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EDDM3A grouped by TTK-low versus TTK-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
