TTI2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,409 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSN1, GINS1, and TOP2A. Each is linked with TTI2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTI2-to-partner and partner-to-TTI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTI2 versus DSN1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
