TTC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02839, RNA5SP183, and MYO19. Each is linked with TTC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC8-to-partner and partner-to-TTC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02839 grouped by TTC8-low versus TTC8-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
