RNA5SP183 expression is associated with patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP183 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RNA5SP183 RNA expression shows 8,465 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Together, these results highlight STAD, COAD, and READ as cancer lineages where RNA5SP183 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
