Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC39A-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,054 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC39A-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC39A, LRBA, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with TTC39A-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC39A-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-TTC39A-AS1 results are reported.
