TSPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTEB2 and POTEB. Each is linked with TSPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPO-to-partner and partner-to-TSPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POTEB2 grouped by TSPO-low versus TSPO-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
