Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSNAX-DISC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,754 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSNAX-DISC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translational initiation, Regulation of chromatin organization, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with TSNAX-DISC1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNAX-DISC1-to-partner and partner-to-TSNAX-DISC1 results are reported.
