Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSNAX-DISC1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TSNAX-DISC1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TSNAX-DISC1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSNAX-DISC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.

HNSC, COAD, and KICH are the cancer types where TSNAX-DISC1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
