TSHB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,980 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, SYNPO2, and CMA1. Each is linked with TSHB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHB-to-partner and partner-to-TSHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSHB versus SGCD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
