TRPT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, MIR8071-1, and MIR26A1. Each is linked with TRPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by TRPT1-low versus TRPT1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
