TRPT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,217 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO1B, STRBP, and TBC1D2. Each is linked with TRPT1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPT1 versus MYO1B in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
