TRNAU1AP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRNAU1AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,612 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRNAU1AP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA2, DNAJC8, and RCC1. Each is linked with TRNAU1AP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNAU1AP-to-partner and partner-to-TRNAU1AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRNAU1AP versus RPA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRNAU1AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRNAU1AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
