Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRNAU1AP RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRNAU1AP data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TRNAU1AP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRNAU1AP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and READ show a favorable association.
ACC, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where TRNAU1AP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
