TRIM72

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM72 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,373 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM72-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCARNA7, CACNG1, and XIRP2. Each is linked with TRIM72 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM72-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM72 versus SCARNA7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM72→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
