Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02659 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02659 expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02659 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, LINC02659 RNA expression shows 6,362 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, KICH, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC02659 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
