Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM6-TRIM34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM6-TRIM34-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64B, TCEAL6, and LY6G6F. Each is linked with TRIM6-TRIM34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM6-TRIM34-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM6-TRIM34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64B grouped by TRIM6-TRIM34-low versus TRIM6-TRIM34-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM6-TRIM34→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM6-TRIM34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
