TRIM43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM43-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR5, OR10K1, and CLEC2A. Each is linked with TRIM43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM43-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR5 grouped by TRIM43-low versus TRIM43-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM43→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
