Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM16L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM16L-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB117, LINC01766, and MIR4499. Each is linked with TRIM16L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM16L-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM16L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB117 grouped by TRIM16L-low versus TRIM16L-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM16L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM16L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
