TREX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS6P1, RNU6-470P, and OR10AK1P. Each is linked with TREX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREX1-to-partner and partner-to-TREX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
