TRAV1-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV1-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 256 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV1-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-73P, MIR6793, and LINC02338. Each is linked with TRAV1-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV1-1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV1-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-73P grouped by TRAV1-1-low versus TRAV1-1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV1-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV1-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
