Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RERGL, SDCBP2, and IGLL1. Each is linked with TPRX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRX1-to-partner and partner-to-TPRX1 results are reported.
