TOP2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,544 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, CENPI, and BRCA1. Each is linked with TOP2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP2A-to-partner and partner-to-TOP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOP2A versus GINS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
