TOE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,943 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD54L, LMNB1, and EBNA1BP2. Each is linked with TOE1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOE1-to-partner and partner-to-TOE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOE1 versus RAD54L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
