TNPO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNPO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,334 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNPO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P17, RPS27P27, and MIR4510. Each is linked with TNPO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNPO1-to-partner and partner-to-TNPO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P17 grouped by TNPO1-low versus TNPO1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNPO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNPO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
