TNIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,205 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM8, ALOX5, and DOCK10. Each is linked with TNIP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNIP1 versus ADAM8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
