Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMSB15B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,604 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMSB15B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, Negative regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, and Chromosome localization. Each is linked with TMSB15B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMSB15B-to-partner and partner-to-TMSB15B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition grouped by TMSB15B-low versus TMSB15B-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
