Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMSB15B RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TMSB15B data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TMSB15B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMSB15B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LGG show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where TMSB15B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
