TMSB10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMSB10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMSB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPTFP1, MIR4795, and MIR6780B. Each is linked with TMSB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMSB10-to-partner and partner-to-TMSB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPTFP1 grouped by TMSB10-low versus TMSB10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMSB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMSB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
