Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMSB10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TMSB10 data layer compared with 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TMSB10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMSB10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.
ACC, LUAD, and LGG are the cancer types where TMSB10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
