Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR6780B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR6780B expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR6780B is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, MIR6780B RNA expression shows 7,388 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight TGCT, KIRP, and THYM as cancer lineages where MIR6780B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
