Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6780B RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6780B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher MIR6780B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6780B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and OV show a favorable association.

TGCT, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MIR6780B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
