TMPRSS11D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS11D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,764 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS11D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP1_S142, USP46, and PTPN13_S1033. Each is linked with TMPRSS11D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS11D-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS11D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMPRSS11D versus PKP1_S142 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS11D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS11D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
