Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMPRSS11D RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TMPRSS11D data layer compared with 11 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher TMPRSS11D RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMPRSS11D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and HNSC show a favorable association.

DLBC, ACC, and UVM are the cancer types where TMPRSS11D RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
