TMPRSS11D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS11D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS11D-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, MIR4663, and RNU6-63P. Each is linked with TMPRSS11D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS11D-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS11D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by TMPRSS11D-low versus TMPRSS11D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS11D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS11D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
