TMEM9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 818 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR150, RNU6-1003P, and RNA5SP318. Each is linked with TMEM9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM9-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR150 grouped by TMEM9-low versus TMEM9-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
