Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP121 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP121 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Additionally, RNA5SP121 RNA expression shows 6,017 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Together, these results highlight DLBC, and LUSC as cancer lineages where RNA5SP121 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
