TMEM65

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM65 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 852 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM65-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-65P, RNU6-419P, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with TMEM65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM65-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-65P grouped by TMEM65-low versus TMEM65-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM65→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
