TMEM59L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM59L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,368 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM59L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, PALM2AKAP2, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with TMEM59L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM59L-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM59L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM59L versus KANK2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM59L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM59L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
