TMEM209

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM209 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 486 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM209-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPCS3-AS1, RPL22P24, and PIGHP1. Each is linked with TMEM209 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM209-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM209 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPCS3-AS1 grouped by TMEM209-low versus TMEM209-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM209→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM209) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
