Q-omics provides the consensus-scored SEPTIN7P5 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. SEPTIN7P5 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, SEPTIN7P5 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, SEPTIN7P5 RNA expression shows 5,551 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight BRCA, and UCEC as cancer lineages where SEPTIN7P5 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
