TLR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,741 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, HCLS1, and RENBP. Each is linked with TLR4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR4-to-partner and partner-to-TLR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR4 versus TBC1D2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
