TLR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,088 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of matrix metallopeptidase secretion, Detection of fungus, and Positive regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 2 production. Each is linked with TLR4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR4-to-partner and partner-to-TLR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of matrix metallopeptidase secretion grouped by TLR4-low versus TLR4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
