TLR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, PRR20B, and PRR20A. Each is linked with TLR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR4-to-partner and partner-to-TLR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by TLR4-low versus TLR4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
